Medical examinations/Certificates/Reports

These are not covered by the NHS e.g. insurance, fitness for certain sports, medicals for driving, completion of private healthcare certificates, holiday cancellation certificates etc.

Re Passport applications - Your countersignatory cannot:

• be a doctor, unless they state that they know you well (for example they’re a good friend) and that they recognise you easily from your photo

A charge will be made for these services - please contact us for details or ask in Reception.  There is a price list displayed in reception which also provides information.
